The Back Story I’m sitting here in a frozen state of nervous anxiety today. WILL IT ROAST In an entirely new celebration of culinary silliness and in the name of simply messing around in the kitchen, I’ve started a series of videos called WILL IT ROAST. Inspired by a recipe I saw in the NOPI cookbook last year, I’ve started this new series to experiment with vegetables and fruits which aren’t normally roasted whole, to see what happens.
